To tackle critical machineries and equipments, FFIL takes extra precaution by deputing the manufacturers engineers to test the machineries before taking them online
Training:
Prior to startup, class room training is provided for better orientation of the client’s personnels. In addition, Haz-op review, trial of critical equipment and alterations in control system if required are completed. As the plant is taken on stream, the operators are provided hands-on training and the various aspects of the operations are also emphasised to them.
Documentation and Handover:
On successful commissioning, the final documentation is prepared and a comprehensive report on Commissioning, Process Data Verification, Plant Performance Evaluation and Guarantee Trial Run data & report is submitted during the plant take-over by the client. Backup and troubleshooting services during post commissioning period is provided from our EPC centre by the Process and Projects group.
